Fabrications to Specification



We can offer a complete service for the fabrication and installation of mild and stainless steels and aluminium fabrications in thickness from 1-300mm thick. We offer a fully equipped modern workshop with CNC press and shear facilities up to 200 Tonnes, overhead gantry cranage and modern welding equipment including TIG, MIG, MMA, Orbital and pulsed plants. Our staff are experienced and time served Platers, Welders and mechanical fitters.


Typical to specification fabrications including a water cooled sliding furnace shaft door pressure tested to 8 bar. A Clarifier unit installed in North Wales, a lighting structure and a CSO wave screen unit for effluent filtration. Far below we have a Silo for chimney soot and a typical section of installed handrail.
